Heather is a pleasure to work with. We just purchased a home in the 757 area. She knows the neighborhoods and the market. Heather answered every call and answered every question. She is upfront about all financial matters and she can stand behind her work. All I have are positive reflections about this entire home buying experience and working with her!

Working with Heather was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and even enjoyable. She was incredibly responsive and always made themselves available to answer questions, explain details, and guided us through every step. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of the market gave me complete confidence that we were in the best hands. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared—not just about closing a deal, but about making sure I found the right home. She listened to exactly what I wanted, advocated for me during negotiations, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, and truly has your best interests at heart, Heather is the realtor you want by your side.

Heather was amazing! She guided me through my first home buying experience perfectly. She answered all of my questions (which were probably tedious) and found me a great home. She even gave me a gift basket weeks after I had been moved in. I really would recommend heather, especially if you are new to home buying!

I normally am not big about posting online, but had to sing accolades about our precious realtor; Heather~You will not be disappointed. Heather is true to her word and truly is intentional about seeing her clients happy. Heather makes you feel like family and is incredibly honest and down to earth. You feel like your visiting an old friend with every encounter.

Heather was AWESOME to work with. From the very first time we discussed our home needs and wants, to the day of our closing, she was attentive, professional, knowledgeable and a complete joy to work with. We lived in another state and would pop in town with no prior notice. Heather would immediately line up multiple houses that met our criteria to show us. She was NEVER too busy for us and NEVER pushy about settling on a house. A year later, we are settling into our new home EXTREMELY HAPPY with the entire experience. Thank you Heather for your ENERGY!!!

My wife and I are first time homebuyers and when we initially started the process we were terrified to say the least. Heather made it simple. She understood our wants and needs and quickly adjusted based on our needs and what the market offered. She answered every question expeditiously and guided us through every obstacle. Heather is an amazing woman and agent. Your problems are her problems and she quickly provides resolutions and treats you like family even after you own the home. Heather will be the only agent I will even work with from here on out. Thank you Heather.

It was an absolute pleasure working alongside Heather Meyers on a recent real estate transaction. As a fellow real estate agent representing the buyer, I was truly impressed by Heather’s professionalism and dedication to her sellers. She consistently put her clients’ best interests first and worked hard to ensure a smooth home selling process. Together, we created a win-win situation for both parties, making the home buying and selling process as seamless as possible. Thank you, Heather, for being such a collaborative and client-focused professional. I look forward to working with you again!

Great to work with! As this was my first time selling, she ensured I understood exactly what was happening at every step of the process. From date listed to accepted offer was only 2 weeks in a cooling market! She was who my friend used when looking to buy a house in the area, she allowed me to tag along to give eyes on for my friends who were out of state. For anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Hampton Roads area Heather is your home girl!

Heather was phenomenal to work with. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the home buying process. She helped us overcome obstacles in the beginning of our journey and ensured my husband and I that she would find our family a home. And she did. Heather found my family our dream home. We are forever grateful for her.

We like to thank Heather for a great job, after going through a few different realtors with unsatisfactory results. Heather was our answer. She helped us find the house we were looking for. She was patient, hard working and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Heather was fantastic! Her expertise in the area and the overall home buying process really helped me to find the perfect home. Even at times when I thought it wouldn’t happen, Heather always stayed positive and helped me to get through it. It was a wonderful experience working with her to buy my 1st home.

Heather is a true professional and exceptional in her representation of her clients! She is very communicative and has a get it done approach which is appreciated. She recently represented me in the sale of my parents home and went above and beyond to ensure that they rec'd full value for their home. I am truly thankful for her and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for an agent that cares and can also get a deal done.

Heather Meyers, Realtor

Before real estate, I spent 20 years in the fire service working for municipalities and the Department of Defense—serving others was always at the heart of what I did. But real estate had been my passion long before I ever wrote my first contract.Today, I get to combine both: helping people and helping them find the right place to call home across Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and the greater Hampton Roads area.I work with home buyers and home sellers at every stage—whether you’re purchasing your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or preparing to list and sell your property for top value. I’m big on honesty, clear communication, and zero pressure. I will never push someone into buying a home that doesn’t truly work for them. This is a huge life decision, and you deserve to feel confident—not rushed.Buying or selling a home can be stressful, emotional, and overwhelming at times. My job is to make the process easier, smoother, and a lot less intimidating—from pricing and listing strategy to negotiations and closing—so you can focus on what really matters: your next chapter.
